This policy covers flowcraftlabs.com, the free eval kit and our pilots. It is published by Deadroom Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, which operates FlowCraft Labs ("we").
1. We do not sell personal data
We do not sell, rent or lease personal information to third parties, and we do not monetise it. Nevada residents have the right under NRS 603A.345 to opt out of the sale of covered information. Because we do not sell it, there is nothing to opt out of, but you can write to hello@deadroomventures.com to make the request on record.
2. This website
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or embeds. Our host, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request logs (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver and protect the site, including requests to download the kit.
3. The eval kit
The kit runs on your machine and makes no network requests of its own. We do not receive your documents, records or results. Its optional model extractor sends text to the address you set in DEADROOM_LLM_URL. If you point it at a remote service, that service receives the text, under its own terms.
4. Pilots and what you send us
Pilot work runs on your hardware. The free kit and its reports are produced by software checks. They contain no AI-written text. A pilot may use a local language model on the customer's own hardware, as agreed in the written scope; nothing is sent to a cloud model provider unless the written scope says so and the customer agrees. Do not send protected health information, legal client files, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, secrets or private keys. Pilots use synthetic or de-identified data only. Use of regulated data needs a separate written agreement signed after counsel review.
If we handle a sample directly, we use it only to deliver your pilot and delete it within 30 days of delivery. We keep the written scope, the invoice and a copy of the report for 12 months, then delete them, or earlier on request unless the law requires us to keep them. We never execute macros or code inside your files.
5. Email
If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you and to run any pilot you ask for. Ask us to delete them at any time.
6. Payments
Nothing is sold through this site and there is no checkout. If we agree a pilot, the written scope names how you pay. We do not collect or store full card numbers. We keep transaction records for tax and fulfilment.
7. Services we use
Cloudflare hosts this site. The written scope for a pilot names any other service that would handle your data. A data processing addendum is available on request.
8. Security and breaches
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure. We will tell affected customers of a confirmed breach without undue delay.
9. Who this is for
Pilots are for business customers in the United States.
Who else handles your data. Cloudflare hosts this site and carries requests to our server. Stripe takes payment when you pay us; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Resend sends our emails (receipts and report links). We do not sell your data.
