Offered by Deadroom Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, which operates FlowCraft Labs ("we"). Nothing is sold through this site and there is no checkout. This policy covers pilots and other services agreed in writing.

The free kit

The eval kit is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Pilots and services

Payment is due up front, as the written scope says. Refund requests go to hello@deadroomventures.com.

• Work not yet started: full refund.
• Work in progress: refund of the unearned part.
• We stop the work because your inputs are unusable or a request is outside the scope: refund of the unearned part.
• A material defect against the written scope: tell us within 5 business days of delivery. We will correct it or refund the affected part. That is your only remedy for a defect in a deliverable.

A pilot may not give the result you hoped for. If the report states what was measured and matches the scope, that is delivery, not a defect.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
